Maybeworth getting, but it is probably one of the last dlc packs you should buy where I would only give it a 5.5 (with an extra .5 points added mainly because of new campaigns from Age of Empires that were added later) out of 10 rating which is not terrible but it does mean that it could have been better and I would only just barely recommend it.
ThisDLC Return of Rome is the best way to play Age 1 now in my opinion. Unless you're an Age 1 purist, this version is far more accessible to Age 2 players. I got the DLC for $10 by choosing "complete your collection" but your mileage may vary. Personally I think it's a decent value for continued development.
