Traits: 3-2-2. Water. Water is necessary because everytime you swap to it, you grant yourself and allies a plentiful amount of health. You also get passive AoE health regeneration which is useful for cleansing conditions. Traits: 1-3-1. Arcane. The boons that you get from Arcane are very important.
Dont worry about "Builds" you'll unlock ALL traits, specializations etc. By hitting level 80 and hitting up hero points with plenty to spare (around 500 I believe). From there if you want DPS that will be Soulbeast specilization (also gets rid of your pet) if you want to support (really only in raids) druid is your go-to.
So I recently bought the game and boosted my character to 80 engineer. I did this because i watched Youtube about holo smith and i came in expecting to get it immediately ( my Mistake, excited much). However this was not the case as i needed 250 hero points, and i saw my starting gear as Soldiers instead of the required Berserker.
